A luscious surface to this soda-fired bud vase, which endured a week long wood firing and emerged completely radiant! The clay and decoration interact with the atmosphere and the flames moving through the kiln to create beautiful silvery-grey carbon trapping and crystals that are visible in the resulting glaze. This little vase is intended for those tiny buds from the garden, a simple stem or elegant branch to grace a sacred space.
